Thank you for using Lovetype (hereinafter "this Site"). These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the Love Type Test service provided by this Site. By using this Site, you are deemed to have agreed to the following Terms of Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this Site and using the diagnostic services, users agree to and are bound by all conditions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using this Site.
2. Service Content
2.1 Provided Services
This Site provides the following services:
- Love Type Test service
- Display of test results
- Compatibility analysis features
- Test result sharing features
2.2 Nature of Services
The test results provided are for entertainment purposes and are not a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice.
2.3 Paid Services
- Some tests offer full results for a fee: a one-time purchase per test, or a monthly plan that unlocks every paid result and removes ads. Prices are shown on the checkout page.
- One-time purchases can be made without signing in. In that case, you can view the purchase in the browser you used to buy it. It is not shown after you clear your browser data or on another device, but you can get it back by signing in with the Google account that has the same email address you entered when paying. Also, if you sign in with a Google account in the browser you used to buy, the purchases made in that browser move to that account.
- If you buy while signed in with a Google account, the purchase is tied to that account, so you can use it on any device where you sign in with it. The monthly plan requires signing in with a Google account.
- Full results you bought with a one-time purchase can be viewed as often as you like. For purchases made without signing in, this applies within the conditions above.
- The monthly plan renews automatically every month from the day you sign up and is charged on each renewal date. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; after cancelling you won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- At our discretion, we may show some or all of the paid content free of charge to visitors who have not purchased it.
- Seller information is listed on the Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act) page.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the following:
3.1 Appropriate Use
- Answer test questions honestly and sincerely
- Do not disturb other users or third parties
- Use site features appropriately
3.2 Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited:
- Entering false information
- Unauthorized access to the system
- Unauthorized use of others' test results
- Using test results for commercial purposes
- Acts that violate laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Copyright
Copyright for the content, design, and diagnostic system of this Site belongs to the Site operator.
4.2 Use of Test Results
Users may use test results for personal use and sharing on social media.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 About Test Results
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of test results
- This Site is not responsible for damages resulting from test results
- Please use test results for reference only
5.2 Service Interruptions
Services may be interrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, etc.
6. Service Changes and Termination
This Site may change or terminate service content without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from such changes.
7. Privacy
The handling of personal information is governed by our separately defined "Privacy Policy."
8. Changes to Terms of Service
These Terms of Service may be changed without prior notice to users. We will notify you on this Site of any significant changes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes concerning this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
